I can't really make out the Message, but it looks like it is complaining about .NET vs 1.0. Get 1.1 and see if it helps. Also consider getting 2.0 if you have access to VS 2005. There are several new features in worth looking into.

The problem is not with version 1.1/1.0 because VS.net comes with prerequisite which installs 1.1 on the system. Plus same cd s were installed on other systems where it is working fine. then what is the problem with it in my system.
