Cisco Networking

Hi Guys

i need help on this one.

i am a holder of a diploma in Management of information systems under IMIS of UK,i want to do a networking course possibly under CISCO.where should i start(what should i start with)[that is for CISCO]?
How is the program like for CISCO?

Start with CCNA and u can go for CCSP (Cisco Securities) .
