Exclamation Need to do a MS certification

Hi all,

I am working as a Tech Support rep in a software company. I would like to do Microsoft certification course.

Would I be able to do the course while working?
Is there any online course available?

Since I am in different shifts, I could not attend regular classes. I am very much intrested to do the certification, kindly help...

you can read the book. But unless your buisness is ok with you studing during slow times at work i would say no.

Tech support .. im sorry.

I did not attend one class for my mcse. I read books and did testout training.

It has alot of hands on stuff, i tool that and applied it to my lab to learn.

I did notice some mistakes in a few questions, (calling 2003 "advanced" server) but nothing really bad.
