Reseller of Via based PC's With Linux Mint as OS

I would like to become a reseller of via based pc's with linux mint. So far pccyber's price is unbeatable compared to other oem distributers. I would however like to build these pcs myself. What I want to ask is, where or how do I find and become a wholesaler of similiar pc's like this one? Links to wholesalers would be very much appreciated.

you would need to register a business here
then apply for a wholesale account giving your business registration number
here they require a min order of $15.000.00 a month
i could never reach that turnover and a friend let me order through their account
you would need to check what applies where you are
google or look in the yellow pages for wholesalers of computer parts
