AntiSpyware Help

I need a good free AntiSpyware program. I have Ad-Aware SE personal and had Microsoft AntiSpyware but got rid of it because it didn't run properly. I've used Spybot and Spyware Blaster but both don't work. Can anyone help me?

My pick is AVG free, http://free.grisoft.com/doc/2/lng/us/tpl/v5 , I have tryed Avast!, thought it was pretty good, then it really dissapointed me when it missed quite a few viruses and trojans that Computer Associates Anti-virus (not free) did find. So now I run both, AVG & CAA, if one doesn't find it the other one will.
Now lets see what others recommened.

What did not work? I have used it on many systems since it 1st came out with very few problems. I still use Spybot and sometimes Ad-aware also.

My standards on all systems I build:

AdAware Personal
Spybot S&D
Spywareblaster
Spywareguard
MS Antispyware

2 scanners, 2 protectors, and one that does both.

Question Antispyware

Hello,

I'm new here...

I have a question--How does Antispyware determine which cookies are harmless and which are surely, probably, or possibly malware?

(I have Ad-Aware, Spybot S&D, Microsoft Beta, and Spycatcher.)
