Problem with virus definitions update
I have recently downloaded Norton Antivirus 2006. i previously had 2003 version. everything is working ok except the virus definition auto update, it keeps informing me that my subscription has expired and gives me the dates of the older version which is up at the end of December, Why is the new version mixing with the 2003 version when I thought I had removed it before download?
I dont know what to do, please could somebody help me in easy to understand language. Thanking you Royton |
