Problems!! please read this

Thanks for taking the time to help,
My troubles recently began when I updated my Zone Alarm Security Suite from 5.5 to 6.1. The first day, i got my updates and everything ran smoothly. The next day I couldn't update. A few days later, I downloaded Adobe Photoshop, and could not register it online because I couldn't connect to the servers. Soon after, I downloaded MSN.. That did not work, I cant sign in. Yesterday I downloaded a game called Maplestory, and I can't play it.. My frustrations are rising.. Then today, I had been playing Diablo II Lord Of Destruction for about 25 minutes and I get disconnected. I try to reconnect, and I cant log onto my account, it tells me to free port 6112. I've went through the Zone Labs forums, and emailed them.. I don't know what to do anymore, my friend told me to come here and ask.
Any advice would be GREATLY appreciated.
Thanks,
Laudanum

My System

sounds like an infection of some sort. It's strange that the game would play online for 25 minutes then out of the blue disconnect from the internet. I would try running some spyware programs like, webroot spy sweeper, adaware, spybot s & d, and/or spywareblaster.

i agree with jnob, first scan your computer any spywares and viruses. then check in your zonealarm program control and go to MSN for example, and allow the program.
