Something weird is going on

Ok, I already know this is bad, I just dont know what it is or how to get rid of it.(If I can.)

Well every few words is underlined as a link. (Words like "you'' and "computer") And they all lead to this odd and annoying search site called ipassist.biz or something.) What exactly is this? How can I get rid of it?

You will need to post a HiJack This log preferably in the HJT help forum where the experts should sort it out for you.
