SORRY for this post, but I don't know where else to go

I got a call from this number 49157882578539
I called back, but a operator voice said it was incorrect in english and then in spanish (something was said in spanish). Is this some type of scam? Sorry again for the thread, I don't know where else to go on the web. Has anyone else received calls like this?

If you don't understand what the call is for, hang up and forget about it.

Absolutely, if you only get one wrong number in your life, you're lucky.
Anyway, here's a site which keeps track of annoying caller numbers : http://whocallsme.com/
I know, it's not IT support, but you gotta spread these help sites around a little :-)
