Angry Firewall

My firewall will not let me turn it on. My firewall and anti-virus are always off and I don't get the option to turn them on. Please Help.

what is antivirus you are using as windows live onecare (Microsoft's antivirus)
has its own firewall and make the tab for windows firewall grayed out

Or you can simply run this file it will turn on your windows firewall
