unstoppable win32 worm (usb infection)

Hi,
I've been plagued with a rare strain of that sillyautorun worm affecting very important work usb's and home/work laptop computers. CA site has listed the threat as low but it sends keystroke details about paypal and sites visited to some random webpge!

does anyone know of protection against sillyautorun.rn as i do not want my new PC being affected. CA etrust/kaspesky/nod32/avg only identifies the worm but doesn't know how to remove it or protect against it.

If there is none, does anyone know how to remove it. cheers
