portscan
About two years ago i had my computer fixed by a local company, over the last year i have been notified by Norton that this company are using portscan on my computer, What does this mean? I have looked it up and it seems that they are tring to access my computer to look for a weakness, Is this so?
Thank you. |

Re: portscan
Well obviously they or someone else is trying to gain access to your machine. Are they a known buisseness? They might of installed some tracking software on your machine.

Re: portscan
I would contact the company before doing anything else. If they have an employee that is secretly installing software to monitor customers, the boss might not know about it. Give them a chance to explain and fix the problem.
Is BRILLPCSERVICES the name of the company you took the computer to for repair?
