Anyplace Control Software can't control Zone Alarm in host PC

Hi,
I have installed Anyplace Control Software in my home in two PC's; The Admin PC is windows XP SP3, the Host PC is win XP SP2. I installed AVG and Zone Alarm on the host PC. I entered exceptions in Zone Alarm in the host PC and I can control it from Admin PC.
The problem is that AVG checks every now and then for updates, and although I add exception into Zone Alarm for AVG, Zone Alarm keeps asking for an action (Deny or Allow) to let AVG check for the update. I found that it is not possible to control Zone Alarm from the Admin PC. Zone Alarm does not respond at all, cannot shut down and so AVG cannot check for update and install it.
Any advice of how to overcome this problem will be appreciated.
Best regards

Within Zone Alarm when you select allow is there not any kind of dialogue box that says do not ask me again or something similar?

Re: Anyplace Control Software can't control Zone Alarm in host PC

Within Zone Alarm the available options are ( Allow, Block and Ask), I selected allow for all AVI modules, however Zone Alarm re asks me after a while, that happens when AVG installs new update. So how can I control Zone alarm from the Admin PC.
Best regards
