Confused NOD32 problem

I have 2(pc & laptop) systems connected via cat5.
192.168.1.1 is for pc and 192.168.1.11 is for laptop.
my pc named "COM1" and laptop named "COM2"
when I ping by their ip everything is fine but problem appears when i ping
COM1 from laptop "request timeout" happened.
As u can see the attachment, 10.0.0.1 is my loopback address in pc. i disable it but i still have this problem.
Is it anything to do with FW or anti viruse? I disabled windows FW but I cannot disable anti viruse. my anti viruse is NOD32 and i don't know how to work with.
