Port opening issue
I am currently using vista 64 bit and a dsl router. I am trying to open up certain ports so I can host in a game but thats not the issue, I know how to do that. The problem however is that once I've opened up my router settings and add a user defined application, it wont let me add it to my computers list of allowed applications. I select the user defined program that I just created, check add individual application, click add to list, page reloads, and its not in the list. I did this before on xp with the same exact computer and router but now that I have reformatted to vista I assume that vista is denying permission or something of the sort. Any ideas?
