unable to access sites

hi..
Recently i have taken a reliance broadband connection . The moment i start surfing , it work well for 5-10 minutes , but after that it gets stucks ,and no other application , neither any other pages get open . If i click on any icon or page it shows done but no output is coming.Without restarting laptop i cannot use net again . I formatted my laptop and even installed an antivirus(Nortan) but problem is still same. Internet connectivity is also showning and even if i ping any site i am getting response . But still i am not getting what is the problem . whether it is with the laptop or with the net connection.
And if i use my laptop like that only it is working fine..so i don't think that there is a virus issue.
Please help me... and rectify my problem.

Re: unable to access sites

reliance are having issues similar to BSNL. Your internet will be going on and off. This has been happening to a friend of mine also.

Re: unable to access sites

Contact Reliance and see if they will check your cabling. Sometimes the engineers dont install them properly.
