Unable to install VirusScan product
I am trying to install McAfee VirusScan Plus 2009 but keep getting message please remove "Norton Rescue disk". I am currently using Windows XP and have previously contacted Symantec who gave me a link to a removal tool and an auto tool both of which have not removed the Norton Rescue Disk. Can you help?
