Administrator rejected

I am the administrator for my computer, but in trying to access some things such as You Tube, I am rejected, and told to contact my system administrator. How do I allow myself access? Thank you.

Is your computer a part of an office network? What you are seeing appears to be restrictions set by web filtering as part of your network.

Can you post a screenshot of the complete message you receive?
