mozilla hijacking

whenever i click on a google search result/mozilla search result it opens a new window and says jump then redirect and puts me on to a spam site. this is so annoying i have tried everything to get rid of it .. whenever i scan my machine with the mulitple antivirus programs i have been trying they all come up clean

how can i get rid of this??
