Trouble at work

Hello name is Mike i work at a apartment building and local it guy also lol i recently got my work to invest in a PC so we can look up apts and call then if we need to for guess ect. This is a controlled access building so this is very handy well other personnel are surfing the web and destroying this PC from the ground up i tried Steadystate from Microsoft with no luck our address to find people in the building ends in asxp so SS will not accept that as a suffix so i was thinking just install a log and have those people that visit these sites fired and the problem goes away or if anyone has any other ideas you can run them past me all info is appreciated

I have no idea what issue you're trying to solve here. How are other people "destroying" the machine? How to they gain access?
