Implementing Fingerprint recongnition system

Hello dear(s) :)
hmm Hop u all fine & njyng.

I m workng in this area if sumone can help me.. I need to kno if sum1 help me in the following

(I need to give a brief report of 5 pages on converting the USERNAME PASSWORD system -----> finger print system (University))

1. Elements of finger print recongnition
2. Extra infrastructure i will need for this (e.g scanner etc)
3. Robustness of the device
4. Identify effects when used off-campus
5. How can attacker mislead it? How can we stop?
6. Problems during registration of students (3500 students + 100 distant learners + 100 teachers / year)? its solution?

If anyone can help any of them plz..
