Need to get to net from my neighbour

I live in a flat with neigbours all have DSL internet connection but all protected by passwords. Is there a program that help me to over pass these passwords as I can see their icons but cant get in because of protection.

The rules of TSF prevent us from assisting in any way the unauthorized usage of some else's network. Therefore, this thread is closed!
