Win32/Rbot - please help!

[Ginge]

I've tried removing this backdoor virus using AVG but to no avail.

I have installed Spybot and did the scan. HijackThis also now installed after previously not been installed but no idea what I am doing on HT.

Please help to help me remove this problem.
