Help Please Small Question..

Hi..
I Have Just Recieved An Email (Notice:Am Using Hotmail) And This Email is From My Email To My Email
Example:
------------------------------------
Email from : Example111@hotmail.com
Email To : Example111@hotmail.com
Subject: Hi
------------------------------------
And When I Opened this Email It's Automaticlly blocked from hotmail (this email blocked for your safety)
And Am Sure That i Didn't Send Any Messege To My Self
What Can I Do And What Is This Email?
Any Help,please?

Your safest bet would be to delete that email and forget about it. It probably contains a virus or Hotmail would not have blocked it.
