help me plz,spying meeee?

Hello there,

Well im using an Adsl at home & my neighbour is using it with me ( like a network workgroup ) but i dont know much about that & so on...

He installed a program called " NEtwork lookout "on my pc telling me its important

Later on i found about this program & i found its a kind of spying program like a remote control.
i tried to uninstall it but its says needed password & i cannot contact him to end this up right now .

i really wanna know if he can transfer my personal files & pics & things like that or he's only watching my screen ?,im afraid what sort of spying he is doing & whyyy he did this anyway ?

help me plz knowin why'd he do this before i ask him,or how can i uninstall this damned prg,im so worried
