i need a program

my sister goes in my room and uses my computer without my permission and its fine except she has a mp3 player and she gets her music from some site and she don't pay for it which pretty much means viruses. my brothers computer always seem to freeze up a little while after she uses it so i tell her not to use it on mine, however a couple of days ago my computer was going crazy slow and i just figured out why. my girl told my she was using it when she stopped by this morning and had it plugged into my computer.

i need a program to block or password certain programs and if possible my usb drive from reading anything?
