CiscoASA5505 Drops VPN Connection random intervals
I have a Cisco ASA5505 connected to a cable ISP. One Remote Access VPN user is unable to maintain the VPN session because of session disconnects at random intervals (3 min. 9 min. 47 min. etc.)
The connection on both ends is verified as good. Other users do not experience this problem. Once this user connects and gets kicked, the ASA will authenticate other users, but no one can talk to the inside network until the device is reset. NAT traversal is not turned on. Both the office network and the network of the problem user are 192.168.1.x/24. Could the two networks being on the same subnet address space be locking up the ASA? |
