How do i get rid of this virus?

Good Day Sir!

im a student and i store all my files in my usb flash disk,but recently i transfer a file from our school's computer to my flash disk cause of project thing..i scanned my flash disk with avira anti virus and AVG 8(both fully updated) and it turns out to be clean. but when i opened my flash disk i saw NUDE SSG.VBS file, and for sure that's not my file..and when i open my drive c it was also there...and when i restarted my pc i cant open my Task Manager,Folder Options and other admin options..hope you could help me..
