browsing problem

my problem is that I can not open any mail sites but I open all the sites.

when I create new user account and I can open any mail sites but I can not open my mail sites in my current user account give me a solution please

my mail : *removed*

We'll need a bit more information to see what the issue is. What programs are you using? What e-mail provider are you trying to gain access with? Tell us what you've been trying to do (with full details to where), so we can see what you see.

I working in big office, In another computer , I can access mail sites.
In another useraccount in same computer I can access mail sites

those aren't details, that's being as vague as before!
Are you using firefox, IE7, Opera, Safari, etc?
Outlook, thunderbird, etc?
hotmail, yahoo, your business server. etc?

just blank out the personal info if you post pictures

Hai pause your Antivirus and Check it or else another option go to command prompt and give the following
ping mail.yahoo.com

like this try yours favour if you still expect the same thing check your firewall port 25 and 80

I can not access only yahoomail & gmail sites

yes I can not open www.mail.yahoo.com,www.yahoomail,gmail sites,
I have a two user account in my computer, when I open In one user account I can not access this two sites, but when I switch user to second user this two sites I can access easily. when Initially start my computer I use any account first It can not open this two sites.
Please give me a help , thanks in advance
