I have had this problem for close to a week now, and i've been searching for a solution. The IEXPLORE.exe process is running in task manager, whenever i try to end the process, it respawns itself about a second later. It starts at about 17,000K memory usage, then averages at about 30,000K, with 34,000K being the highest. I don't see any noticable change in my computer, it is not slowing down. When I am running a full program, such as a game, or movie, it will minimize randomly and I suspect IEXPLORE.exe to be the reason. What is the problem, and how can I fix it without putting too much complication on the matter, or losing any of my precious hard drive contents. Thanks for any help, I have HiJackThis if a log is needed.
