Confused Question re: PC-cillin LOG; Firewall & Cloaking

Hi good people

I am running an older version of PC-cillin 2002 and the bell on my task bar keeps going off; every one to 5 minutes when I check the Log files, the only thing showing up are entries types 'Firewall' and 'Cloaking. I am enclosing a screen cap .jpg of part of the list of attacks?????

I don't KNOW what cloaking and Firewall types of attacks are, forgive my ignorance.

This program [PC-cillin] came with my motherboard (Asus P4P800 SE) install CD and I have never really used it much.

I have had a problem with my monitor image developing a PINK cast that goes in and out at times with non-uniform, black horizontal lines as it switches from a white, or normal image to one that looks like someone highlighted my monitor screen with a Pink highlighter. I figure it is a hardware problem (graphics card or bad monitor) But I thought I would throw it out there anyhow.

I built this computer about 2 yrs. ago, and until recently it has never crashed or locked-up. However, in the past week it has locked up tight 3 times. Also, My modem quit on me a couple of days ago and my ISP had me delete my connections, which did not work the 1st time around, and make a new one. Then I was told to START/RUN: "netsh int ip reset log.txt" w/out quotes of course. I dunno what the command does but the modem started connecting again. I was getting Error 678 "The remote computer did not respond."

Anyway they (my ISP) kept mentioning a virus and said to run an anti-virus program. Or get a new modem.

So this is where I am running the PC-cillin program and getting info that I haven't a clue as to what the log entries mean.

any help greatly appreciated
