Re: resolving norton mcaffee internet conlicts
I have been using Norton 2003? firewall and Mcaffee's anti virus 2004 (from Dell) all originally sorted out by an Insight cable tech (now comcast). Everything was fine until I downloaded a Mcaffee update from AOL which required a reboot. reboot cut off internet config. Norton's GoBack would fix it temporarily until service interrupt reboots started the circle all over again. Now we have ran out of GoBack options.

Re: resolving norton mcaffee internet conlicts
I think both of those programs are out of date and should be upgraded. If you want to stay with norton look at norton internet security 2008 (it does seem to less of hog than earlier versions)http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16832108334
or AVG free or Avast anti-virus. |
