when i run spyboy this program comes up. i cannot remove it. when i go into program files and try to delete it, it says i need permission to do this. permission from who?

lol install Unlocker and right click the file, select unlocker, and choose delete. It will come up with a window that will show you exactly what program is using that file. If the file it's self is a program and it is running, it will allow you to "kill" it then delete it.
