Win32.Backdoor.RBot Advice & General Virus,malware,spyware advice

Hi there guys,
Firstly thankyou to everyone who has helped me out in my previous threads. These forums save people so much money & time.

My Ad-aware has picked up on a Win32.Backdoor.RBot. Im not to concerned as the whole point in having these protection programs is to make you feel re-assured that they will take care of any threats, well thats the idea. I try not to get to carried away with having to many protection programs as a while back i was running about 8 protection programs maybe more,by the time I'd finished scanning a week had past & it was time to do it again(lol). Now I'm just running avast pro, Super anti spyware, Adaware 2007, Advance windows care pro & malware bytes anti malware. Thinking about it thats still quite a few to be running but better safe than sorry.

Anyway my question I put to you knowledgable folk is with this particular threat is it better to quarantine (which is what I've done), or is it better to delete? using the program of course. It has a tack rateing of 10 & is catologed as malware. Ive attached the results with this post, any info would be really appreciated.

Also, I've wandered for a while now just what is the best method when removing nasties? I have always just clicked quaratine with all my protection programs, with avast I just move everything to virus chest. Ideally I don't want anything like this on my computer but as I have no idea what I'm dealing with I'm always a little cautious deleting things, just in case somthing has incorparated itself into a vital element of the working system. Does anyone know whats the best method? Or is it dependant on a case to case basis? Again I would appreciate very much anyones input.

I hope everyone is well & I look forward to hearing your comments.
