Cry strange virus - need help

Hi, I am new to this forum and I am in desperate need of help. After I open my pc and before my zone alarm starts up my mouse pointer change to a different one (white-gray).After zone alarm starts up my mouse pointer changes to default but when i go program control-> programs i see some strange exe's (1a.exe 2a.exe ... 27a.exe) and all of them are in a folder that don't even exist, after i done a scan whit hijack this i find that some of the strange exe's run even if i blocked them to run
