I want less security

This may seem like sort of a strange request, but I'm trying to use a file that AVG and my computer wont let me use because it's a security risk. I disabled AVG and windows defender temporarily to try to use this file but it gave me a message saying I do not have the correct permissions to use the file. How do I prevent this from happening? (I am running administrator mode)

Did you actually try to "run as administrator"?

Yes, I tried doing that No luck.

You can open the AVG control center and disable the Resident Shield under it's properties.

Well that lets me open the file, but when I do open it it says:

.NET Framework Initialization Error C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v.1.1.4322\Mscorwks.dll could not
be loaded.

I'd uninstall and re-install AVG, see if that helps.
