Port Scanning
Hi
I want to run a Port Scan on my pc using http://www.auditmypc.com only I am not sure how to clear my Firewall or Router config to allow the scan. I have a Billion 5200g Router and use Windows Firewall too> Any Ideas>? William |

Why do you want the ports to be seen? Isn't the whole point for them NOT to be seen?

I want to find out how many ports (and vulnerabilities) my PC represents
If I run the scan without ensuring that my defences (as such) will recognise the scan as friendly the only result I will get is that all my ports are closed, which is what happened when I tried it |
