[SOLVED] Need help in the firewall

I'm having BitDefender Internet Security 2008 with the lastest update
I have windows Xp SP2 with the lastest update
i have a DSL connection and i share it with my brother through a LAN cable 100 Mbps and I'm trying turn the firewall ON, in the internet connection and turn the firewall OFF from my network so that my brother can access the internet.
In other way turn the bitdefender firewall on the internet connection and turn off the firewall through the network.
-I tried adding it through trysted zone (by browsing the network) and it didn't work "see picture below N:01".
-I tried adding it manual trough firewall it won't work "see picture below N:02".
-I tried turn of stealth mood but it didn't work either.

it still my brother PC wont access the internet and when i turn off bitdefender firewall it worked.

heres my information
i have WIN XP SP2 same as my brother (of course my WIN
XP is not like him)
my brother PC has AVG anti virus
My brother turned off his firewall of windows
