Question I need Help

I'm not sure if i posted in the right forum or not if this isn't the right one Then I'm sorry.
I have this computer and I have no idea what windows it has all i know is it goes straight to a password page and I cannot even get the desktop up. I don't know the password cuz i just bought this computer question is ( Is there anything i can do to get into it or anything to get that password off it?)

This is not something we're willing to assist with. Since we have no idea of the real situation here, we steer clear of such requests. I'd ask the person you bought it from for the password, surely you saw the computer work before purchasing it, right?
