wireless issues
well my wire less has a password i have the password and when i put it in it says its not enough characters even tho its worked before?
ive tired it over 10 times with caps on and off but nothing its not me beacuse ive got my mum to try aswell? could i take the password of and put it back on when im connected??? and could someone tell me how to take the password off? i havent got much of a risk of someone camping poutside my house using my internet cus i live in a road with 99% of the people livving in it old but if i know how to take of and put back on i would be ok so help!!! please!!! |

Hold the Windows key and press R, then type CMD to open a command prompt:
Type IPCONFIG The address of the Default Gateway is the router's base address.

Now that you have the wireless working, you should be able to re-enable encryption and get it working. Use WPA if possible, much more secure than WEP. If you use WEP, use ONLY the hex key, not the passphrase option.
