On one computer, or the whole network? If you want to restrict them on one machine, try adding them to IE's restricted sites. If you want to do this for the whole network, you'll need a router that offers the capability.

I want to do this with the whole network. Actually the thing is that i have connection with limited data of 21 Gb, and we are 3 - 4 users. The other users uses Youtube a lot, you can say for the whole day. And it results in end of all my Data of 21 Gb within few days. i want to restrict Youtube on my whole network. Im attaching pictures of my router page (Advanced) and in the Advanced > Bridge Filters. kindly tell me is this the right option i should use and if so how to use.

Pictures of both pages are attached.

Kindly solve my problem if you can.

I don't see anything on the web that indicates it has sufficient configuration capability to do what you are seeking.
