Hacked???

Not sure how people hack but is it possible for a person who may have found my address to resend old emails to me? here's the story.
--I ran a recent AV scan of what may have been a keylogger.

I open my email editor to check email and notice that it is downloading almost 600 emails. The addresses on the emails are from people I know. The emails are old. I read a couple just to check and see. I didn't send them to me. Hah. So who did? i went to check my email on the internet and same thing i had to delete almost 600 emails. Maxed out my inbox capabilities. Recently my laptop was acting sluggish so i took it to the shop. Maybe the guy got through my laptop who knows. But anyway what do you all think? What measures should be taken to stop this? and to prevent this from ever happening again? How do i find out who it was? or is? I appreciate the help.

By the way what is Nous-Tech.Ultimate-Fake-Security-Center
Spybot found it and not sure what it is.

Re: Hacked???

This is a classic SPAM trick, happens to all of us. They get your email address and use it to send SPAM, since it's probably not blocked, or at least until now.
