ZoneAlarm not blocking

HI,
I had some serious problems with my hard disk and got it replaced recently. Now I notice that Zonealarm (15 days trial version) is not blocking any intrusion (0 intrusions blocked). What is wron?? I have norton antivirus running.
Please help.

To begin, the basic version of ZoneAlarm is not a very effective piece of software beyond the basic Windows Firewall that comes with your operating system. Then again, neither are local software security firewalls in general (as far as my experience with them goes). If I were to get a good software firewall, I would probably go with the ZoneAlarm Pro or the Outpost Firewall Pro software. Unfortunately, since you are having issues with a free trial software now, Zone Labs won't be able to provide you any direct support at the moment and will probably just try to upsell you their paid version.
