stinking trojan

so i have this trojan, and can't find any info on how to get rid of it
the name of the trojan is Trojan-Dropper.VB!sd5
the file it infected is
C:/ System Volume Information/restore{098A7-4024-B16D-E30C3B0C0ACF}/RP75/A0009533.exe
i have tried running my ant program (AVG) but it won't let me run it, i downloaded a different ant trojan program, and it located it for me, but won't get rid of it (unless i pay them ofcourse, but i am a poor college student and don't have that kind of money) so i was hoping someone else here could help, oh, i have tried downloading more anti trojan programs, ut the trojan seems to infect them before they can finish running and often they won't even open
