software firewall recommendations

Hello All,

I am looking for a windows firewall with the following feature

I have three interfaces ethernet, wifi and 3G on my laptop windows xp pro and dual booting linux but this is for the XP system.

I need to restrict what has access to which interface.

I want to stop everything bar web from the 3G connection and I want to control what applications can access the other interfaces.

Does anything like this exist
