Welcome to TSF

From My Experience Norton is not worth the hassle, it uses lots of system resources. My advice would be to install a free antivirus and firewall software.

Have you installed Norton 2007?

There are plenty of great free avti-virus programs that you can use.

Personally, I'd uninstall the Norton trial, it's not worth the price to buy that pig!

Yes COMMODO firewall is great, so is AVG antivirus.

What is AVG spybot? or was that just a mis typing?

Did you have any problems uninstalling Norton?

Re: norton 2005 firewall permit repeats

Hello! i added avg anti virus & anti spy along with spybot - someone had suggested two spy searchers? i hope thats ok - i've also added spamfighter because of numerous spam mail. if a spy has to work that hard to get in and it still does - i may as well fold up shop - or computer!
