Unknown virus attack

hi!!!

i desperateley need help guys. i'v cum across avirus that make duplicates of folders on my computer, made my task bar disappear. i can't work at all

plis help URGENTLY

i'v tried different anti-viruses, ran updates and scanned but still no solution, the problem is that i don't know wat the name of the virus is.
