Blocking sites with my router firewall fails
I blocked a few websites by using the built in firewall in my router (the settings are accesed by typing in 192.168.1.1 in the url bar). But today I noticed that I could still acces these websites on 1 of my computers and I can't think of a reason why (well, I can, but can't fix them).
My network is: - A desktop with windows xp - A laptop with windows xp - A desktop with windows 2000 <-- the one where I can't block the websites So, can anyone find a reason of why I can't block the websites in that last computer? The router connects them all into 1 network so they should be blocked :s Help me please? Thx. |
