Pro 3060 connecting to itself?
Good morning,
We rebooted our Sonicwall Pro 3060 on Saturday morning, and since then we've been seeing these messages every five seconds. Needless to say, they're filling up our log space and our inboxes, so we'd like to figure out what's going on so we can resolve this issue. The logs show that the Sonicwall device is trying to connect back to itself, because we don't see any inbound traffic from other IPs that would correspond to these attempted connections. The IP (a.a.a.a) and FQDN (sonicwall.example.com) has been sanitized to protect the innocent. 05/15/2007 08:40:15.064 - IKE Responder: Received Main Mode request (Phase 1) - a.a.a.a, 5373, sonicwall.example.com - a.a.a.a, 62465, sonicwall.example.com - 05/15/2007 08:40:15.064 - IKE Responder: IKE proposal does not match (Phase 1) - a.a.a.a, 5373, sonicwall.example.com - a.a.a.a, 500, sonicwall.example.com - Any advice or suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks in advance. -- Isaac Grover, Owner Quality Computer Services of River Falls, Wisconsin Web: ************** Last edited by koala; 05-15-2007 at 10:15 AM. Reason: removed link |
