Firewall Redirection Issue
I host an internal website at my site with an IP address of 192.168.1.50. My Firewall has the ability to transparently redirect traffic from an external IP address to a protected, non-routable IP address, which is what i'm doing. About 90% of the users, companies can get to this web site 192.168.1.50, but there are a select few that are unable to get to my webpage. (Page cannot be displayed) they are saying it's on my firewall or DNS, which I can't find any error logs coming from those IP addresses. So it looks like it never hits my firewall in the first place so i can't troubleshoot it. So now it's become a finger pointing game. Does anyone know why this would happen. Much appreciated.

I don't think an issue this complex can be boiled down to one paragraph, or solved by remote control.
![]() We'd need to know a lot more about the firewall, and see things like a TRACERT from working and nonworking sites.
